OUR SCHOOL

Identity and Vision

St Joseph’s Boulder has a rich history and a strong focus on the future.

Our crest includes a yarning circle representing the St Joseph’s School community.  The cross symbolises Christ as the centre of school life. The white beneath the cross is a representation of the roofline of All Hallow’s Church. Our motto, Faith – Kindness – Respect reflects the values we foster in our students and community.

St Joseph’s School, Boulder, works to be the school of choice within our community by striving together to ensure excellent educational and social-emotional outcomes for every student so they can contribute to the world with the spirit of Jesus.

Each student from Kindy to Year 6 is allocated to a House. Students compete for their House during sports carnivals and can earn House Tokens for good behaviour choices and class-based rewards. Our Houses are named after now closed gold mines in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder area: Trafalgar, Ivanhoe, Hastings and Hainault
