IDENTITY AND VISION

St Joseph’s Boulder has a rich history and a strong focus on the future.

OUR IDENTITY AND VISION

School Motto and Crest – Our crest includes a yarning circle representing the St Joseph’s School community.  The cross symbolises Christ as the centre of school life. The white beneath the cross is a representation of the roofline of All Hallow’s Church. Our motto, Faith – Kindness – Respect reflects the values we foster in our students and community.

Our Vision – St Joseph’s School, Boulder, works to be the school of choice within our community by striving together to ensure excellent educational and social-emotional outcomes for every student so they can contribute to the world with the spirit of Jesus.

Our Houses – Each student from Kindy to Year 6 is allocated to a House. Students compete for their House during sports carnivals and can earn House Tokens for good behaviour choices and class-based rewards. Our Houses are named after now closed gold mines in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder area: Trafalgar, Ivanhoe, Hastings and Hainault
